Minimum Stay

Applies for Easter (2 nights), Rugby events (2 nights), Highland Show (2 nights), Edinburgh Festival and New Year (both 3 nights).

Single Occupancy

Rates for long-term stay rates are negotiable. Please ask for details.

Single occupancy rates for Rooms 1, 2 and 5: £40 per night
Single occupancy rates for Rooms 3 and 4: £35 per night

Payment Methods

We welcome payment by cash, sterling cheques and credit/debit cards (except AMEX). Please note there is a 2% surcharge applied for any credit card transactions. This is not applied for deposit payments only for your final bill.

All reservations must be guaranteed by 50% deposit with credit/debit card at the time of booking. A cheque can also be accepted at the time of booking but must be received 14 days prior to arrival. Full payment must be made on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you require to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible.

• Reservations cancelled within 28 days of your arrival are liable for 25% of the total cost of your reservation.
• Reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival are liable for 50% of the total cost of your reservation.
• Reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival are liable for the total cost of your reservation.
• Reservations cancelled outwith the cancellation policy will be liable for a £5 administration fee.

Special Bookings

Please note that premium rates and minimum stays apply during the Edinburgh Festival (3 nights), New Year (3 nights), and the Royal Highland Show (2 nights) and Rugby Internationals (2 nights).

Check-in / Check Out

You may check in from 1400 (please advise if you wish to arrive earlier). Exact check in time must be advised at time of booking and mobile number given in case of problems on day of travel. Latest check in 2230—unless previously agreed. Check out time is 1030.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served only between the hours specified.
Monday – Friday: 0730 – 0830
Saturday & Sunday: 0800 – 0900

On 1 January, breakfast is served later.
